Chemical Peel
What is a Chemical Peel
Chemical Peels are used to help exfoliate the skin’s surface, improve the skin’s texture, diminish the appearance of blemishes, and enhance the skin’s radiance. There are different types of chemical peels based on the depth of the treatment. The depths range from superficial, medium, or deep.
The chemical peel is made from different acids based on what skin concerns you are targeting. Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) are used to treat fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, and uneven texture. Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) treatments reduce blemishes, large pores, and uneven texture. Lastly, Trichloroacetic acid (TCAs) are used for signs of aging and discolouration from sun damage, acne, or hormones.
Post-treatment Care
Since chemical peels use acids to create a controlled injury to the dermis, after the treatment, it is crucial to protect your skin from the sun and UV rays by using sunscreen with a high SPF like Skinceuticals Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50. This tinted sunscreen is made with Zinc Oxide to protect your skin against UVA/UVB rays while blending to match your skin tone, which is why we highly suggest this sunscreen after your Chemical Peel treatment.
Microdermabrasion
What is Microdermabrasion?
To help improve the skin’s appearance, microdermabrasion is a procedure that sands/exfoliates the skin with a crystal and diamond tip. During the microdermabrasion treatment, a stream of exfoliating crystals made from (aluminum or magnesium oxide) is placed on the skin while being vacuumed off simultaneously.
This procedure is pain-free and enhances the skin’s overall look and glow. As a result of this procedure, your skin will appear to have a reduction in fine lines, skin discolouration, enlarged pores, and acne scars.
Post-treatment Care

This moisturizer contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid, and Rosemary Extract to guarantee that your skin is supple and soft. Then, to ensure the best results, stay away from the sun for at least a week. If you need to go outside while it’s sunny outside, protect your skin with Vivier Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30.
Microneedling
What is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a procedure that rejuvenates the skin by using a needling device that creates micro-injuries to the skin. There are multiple ways in which microneedling is administered. It is administered either through a dermal roller with microneedles, a dermal stamp, and a mechanical microneedling pen.
