What is the C02RE Treatment and Why is it Beneficial?

The C02RE treatment is a minimally invasive procedure which features dual laser waves that can be adjusted to penetrate the skin at both superficial and deep levels simultaneously. It’s commonly used to treat moles, skin tags, wrinkles, discolouration, sun damage, age spots and acne scars. The C02 laser can thicken the collagen in your skin and improve skin tone and elasticity. This procedure is commonly recommended by dermatologists since unlike many skincare treatments, it avoids the use of chemicals on your skin.

What to Expect

This procedure is safe, quick and easy. It’s non-surgical and incisionless, allowing us to easily repair your skin in our offices. The treatment can take a minimum of 10-15 minutes, and you may either experience mild pain or no discomfort at all!

Potential Side Effects

CO2RE lasers will likely make your skin more sensitive and you will have to avoid the sun for some time. You may experience mild swelling and redness; however, this normally only lasts for a few hours or days.

Typically, you begin with one treatment. Depending on your results after the first procedure, you may need another one several months later.
